Minister believes Paris negotiators want to reach an agreement

Paris, 12 December - Environment and Spatial Planning Minister Irena Majcen is convinced that representatives of all 195 countries participating in the Paris climate change summit want to reach a new global agreement, and sees great political progress in the dialogue, while she warns that the path to implementation of set goals will be very hard.
