Slovenia ordered to pay Croatia EUR 40m in N-plant dispute
Ljubljana/Brussels, 18 December - Slovenia has lost a long-running dispute with Croatia over its failure to deliver power from the jointly owned nuclear power plant more than a decade ago. The Washington-based International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) awarded Croatia more than EUR 40m including interest and costs, Croatian media report.
