Kučan says independence vote was about assuming responsibility

Ljubljana, 22 December - Slovenia's first president has labelled the decision of Slovenians 25 years ago to endorse independence in a referendum as a move with which they assumed full responsibility for their lives and the nation's future and a part of responsibility for the future of the world.
