Slovenia remembers historic referendum
Ljubljana, 23 December - Several events will be held on Wednesday to mark the 25th anniversary of the referendum at which an overwhelming majority of Slovenians voted for Slovenia's independence. A state ceremony will be held ahead of Independence and Unity Day, 26 December, remembering the day when the independence referendum outcome was declared.
