Higher court upholds conviction of former brewery boss

Ljubljana, 28 January - The Ljubljana Higher Court has upheld but slightly reduced the aggregate prison sentence to former boss of Pivovarna Laško Boško Šrot following his appeal in the case concerning the financing of the 2008-2009 management buyout of the beverage group. The ruling is now final, according to on-line edition of Večer.
