Slovenia's lawsuit over Elan state aid rejected
Luxembourg, 29 January - The EU's General Court has rejected a motion brought by Slovenia against the European Commission over illegal state aid to sports equipment maker Elan. Slovenia was also ordered to pay the costs of procedure.
