Culprits for sugar plant fine will not be punished, Delo says

Ljubljana, 18 February - As disciplinary procedures have been taken against the state solicitor general and four employees of the Agency for Agricultural Markets over the immense EU funds misuse fine imposed on Slovenia, Delo says that the culprits for the fine being imposed on the country in the first place will not be punished.
