Slovenia abandoned Yugoslav law 25 years ago

Ljubljana, 20 February - The Slovenian Assembly adopted an amendment to the constitution 25 years ago today that effectively extracted the country from the laws of the Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia, in what was a significant step towards Slovenia's secession from Yugoslavia.
