Sovereign Holding defends sale of flag carrier

Ljubljana, 23 February - The parliamentary Public Finance Oversight Commission was informed on Tuesday about the sale of flag carrier Adria Airways. Sovereign Holding (SSH) and government officials assured the MPs that the only alternative to a recapitalise-and-buy deal with a German turnaround fund was bankruptcy, but MPs remain sceptical.
