Supreme court rules in favour of the SDS in dispute with Delo

Ljubljana, 4 March - The Supreme Court has ruled that publisher Delo needs to pay EUR 10,000 in damages to the opposition Democrats (SDS) for writing in 2009 that kickbacks from Finnish contractor Patria in a EUR 278m deal with the Slovenian government from 2006 went to the SDS.
