Apollo and EBRD take over as NKBM owners

Maribor, 21 April - The Maribor-based NKBM bank has passed fully into the ownership of the US equity fund Apollo Global Management and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) as the buyers have met all suspensory conditions, including transferring the EUR 250m in purchase money.
