Veterans accuse former president of high treason over 1990 conduct

Ljubljana, 17 May - An association of independence war veterans has accused Milan Kučan, the former Slovenian president, of high treason for his failure to prevent the disarmament of the precursor of the Slovenian Armed Forces in 1990.
