Proposal backed to include right to drinking water in Constitution

Ljubljana, 25 May - The parliamentary Constitution Commission gave the green light on Wednesday to the National Assembly to start procedures to include the right to clean drinking water into the Constitution. Should the right make it into the top document, Slovenia would be among the first countries to guarantee access to drinking water at such level.
