25 years of Slovenia: Fewer but bigger farms

Ljubljana, 14 June - Slovenian agriculture has been undergoing structural changes since the mid-1990s, while farms have become more concentrated in specific areas and more specialised. There are fewer farms in Slovenia today than a quarter of a century ago, but they are bigger and have more animals.
