Sale of Raiffeisen banka to US fund Apollo completed
Maribor, 30 June - Raiffeisen banka, the Slovenian subsidiary of the Austrian Raiffeisen bank, will operate as of 1 July under the name KBS banka as the takeover by Biser Bidco, a company run by an affiliate of US investment fund Apollo Global Management, has been completed.
