Delo says Constitutional Court shifted responsibility
Ljubljana, 28 October - Delo labels the Constitutional Court's judgement on the bail-in of bank shareholders junior bond holders "Solomonic" in Friday's front-page commentary, finding that the court had shifted the EUR 600m responsibility.
