Dnevnik sees lack of funds as chief problem of healthcare

Ljubljana, 9 November - Commenting on doctors' strike, Dnevnik finds on Wednesday that all the governments so far have been buying time with cheap healthcare, but the time has now run out, and patients will have to foot the bill.
