Bill emerging to secure efficient legal recourse over bail-in

Ljubljana, 9 November - The Finance Ministry has already started drawing up a bill in response to the Constitutional Court's demand to ensure efficient legal recourse in the legislation underpinning the 2013 bank bailout. Solutions planned include reversal of the burden of proof, possibility of class action and access to documents that were the basis for the bail out.
