Ljubljana, 18 November - The scenario of autumn negotiations of the government with public sector trade unions has been on repeat for the last three years, the daily Finance comments on Friday. The commentator wonders whether this year Prime Minister Miro Cerar will again find more money for the public sector in the budget, arguing this would increase consumption.
