Mercator's nine-month profit down by three-quarters y/y

Ljubljana, 22 November - Retailer Mercator Group generated EUR 1.89bn in revenue and a net profit of EUR 8.2m in the first nine months of 2016. The revenue was 3.3% lower year-on-year, but the net profit was slashed by almost 75% compared to the same period last year, the company wrote in a press release on Tuesday.
