Coalition row over doctors' deal escalates

Ljubljana, 30 November - Tensions in the coalition over a strike-freezing deal the health minister made with doctors built up on Wednesday, a day before the government is to decide on the matter. With both junior coalition partners renouncing support, one of the coalition leaders suggested the development could presage a snap election.
