New Helios owner to preserve all brands

Domžale, 7 December - The new owner of the Domžale-based coatings maker Helios, Japan's Kansai Paint, will preserve all Helios brands, Kansai Paint CEO Hiroshi Ishino told the press on Wednesday. He explained that the takeover was a part of the company's expansion strategy in Europe.
