Union says state got too little for Helios, wants legislative change

Ljubljana, 9 December - The ZSSS trade union confederation has called on the government to draft legislative changes following the sale of the Domžale-based coatings maker Helios to Japanese Kansai Paint. The sale brought the current owners nearly four times as much as the state got after the 2013 sale, which the union does not find surprising.
