Delo: Health reform fails to address financial sources

Ljubljana, 12 December - The daily Delo is disappointed with the health reform proposal presented on Friday for failing to tackle the issue of financial sources for healthcare, which are the core of any health reform. Without addressing this, it is not a reform but adaptations, which need no great fuss, just doing, the paper comments on Monday.
