Slovenia'a Constitution written fast, but fairly durable

Ljubljana, 17 December - 25 years will have passed on 23 December since Slovenia adopted its founding document, the Constitution, which had to be drawn up fairly quickly in the months leading up to independence. The Constitution has seen ten amendments since 1991.
