Recapitalisation completed, Paloma takeover bid due in a month

Ljubljana, 28 December - Czech fund Eco Investment has announced it will publish a takeover bid for the remaining stake in Slovenia's tissue maker Paloma within a month after acquiring 57% through a recapitalisation.
