Farmers urge govt to protect farmland

Ljubljana, 4 January - The Chamber of Agriculture and Forestry (KGZS) on Wednesday urged the government to protect farmland in the designation of industrial zones, noting that 85,000 hectares of farmland had been lost in the past 25 years to zoning.
