Initiative for new EU Constitution to be signed in Ljubljana

Ljubljana, 6 January - An initiative for a new European Constitution will be signed on Friday by President Borut Pahor and several notable Slovenian figures. The document is aimed at spurring debate on the future institutional set-up of the EU.
