Report: Cimos sale in limbo as Italian buyer wants state guarantee

Ljubljana, 11 January - The sale of Cimos to Italian investment fund Palladio Finanziaria, which signed in October a EUR 110m deal to buy a 92% stake in the car parts supplier, appears to be in limbo as the buyer is reported to want the state guarantee it will pay potential compensation related to Cimos's outstanding debt to a Croatian bank.
