Amendments to the litigation act passed

Ljubljana, 17 February - The National Assembly passed on Friday amendments to the litigation act which aim at consolidating case law and facilitating civil and commercial proceedings in courts. The changes, which were backed in a 49:16 vote, are part of a wider judicial reform.
