FM meeting Carinthian governor over provincial constitution

Ljubljana, 21 February - Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec and Carinthian Governor Peter Kaiser will meet in Ljubljana on Tuesday to discuss the draft constitution for the Austrian province, which has been met with criticism by the Slovenian minority in Austria for only mentioning German as the official language.
