Ljubljana, 21 February - The fate of car industry supplier Cimos will be a test for the government, the bad bank and the Slovenian Sovereign Holding, the daily Delo comments on Tuesday the announcement of the Italian buyer, Palladio Finanziaria, that it is dropping out of the deal to buy the state's stake in the company.
