Cimos sale falls through as Italian buyer walks away

Ljubljana, 20 February - The sale of Slovenian car industry supplier Cimos to Italian fund Palladio Finanziaria has fallen through in the absence of a deal over its debt in Croatia that the Slovenian and Croatian governments have spent months trying to resolve.
