FM and Carinthian governor urge dialogue over minority rights

Ljubljana, 21 February - Slovenian Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec and Carinthian Governor Peter Kaiser called for continued dialogue and constructive political debate to allow a solution for the provincial constitution that will be acceptable to both the Slovenian minority and Austrian political parties, the Foreign Ministry wrote on Tuesday.
