NKBM owners acquire leasing market leader Summit Leasing

Ljubljana, 3 March - Summit Leasing Slovenija, the leasing market leader in Slovenia, has been acquired by Biser Bidco, a company established by US private equity fund Apollo and the EBRD for the 2016 acquisition of bank NKBM. The value of the deal that puts Slovenia's second largest bank in control of Summit Leasing has not been disclosed.
