Delo says not only army is in bad shape

Ljubljana, 11 March - That the Slovenian Armed Forces are not ready to act in crisis or war, as established by the relevant report, is not news at all, the daily Delo says in Saturday's commentary, adding that the military is not the only system in the country to get the "barely sufficient" mark.
