Business critical of cross-financing plan for 2nd track to Koper
Ljubljana, 17 March - Business representatives responded critically on Friday to government plans to cross-finance the expansion of the rail track between Divača and the port of Koper with extra toll on lorries and a levy on transshipments at the port. The hauliers are particularity unhappy, pointing out Slovenian tolls are high as it is.
