CoE commissioner worried by failure to protect migrants' human rights

Ljubljana, 21 March - The Council of Europe's Human Rights Commissioner Nils Muižnieks assessed in Ljubljana on Tuesday that politics in Europe had failed in dealing with the refugee crisis. Instead of protecting human rights, countries are adopting stricter legislation, undermining integration and trying to make themselves "less attractive" for migrants.
