Public to get access to Judicial Council sessions

Ljubljana, 5 April - The parliamentary Justice Committee on Wednesday endorsed a bill on the Judicial Council, the first such law that is designed to enhance the role of the body and which makes part of judicial reform.

The parliamentary Justice Committee endorses a bill on the Judicial Council and adopts several amendments, including to open the council's sessions to public except when concerned with the rights, duties and legal benefits of individuals.
