Palermo: Level of minority protection is never ideal

Ljubljana, 8 April - Minority protection is a journey that can never reach an ideal level, head of the Bolzano-based Institute for Comparative Federalism Francesco Palermo has said in an interview for the STA, in which he also commented on the latest issue of the Slovenian minority in Austria.
