Bavčar tells higher court Istrabenz trial unjust
Ljubljana, 11 April - The Ljubljana Higher Court heard on Tuesday the trio found guilty over a 2007 chain sale of a stake in the Istrabenz conglomerate express doubts about the impartiality of the lower court judges and highlight alleged rights violations and political pressure on the judiciary in the case.
