Regional daily sceptical about rail upgrade law

Koper, 21 April - The daily Primorske novice expresses scepticism in Friday's commentary of the government-sponsored act on a rail upgrade between the port of Koper and the Divača hub. How can citizens trust the Infrastructure Ministry that the law is good when more than 20 amendments were filed to the 50-article motion by the ministry itself, it wonders.
