Fotona changing owners
Ljubljana, 4 May - Three years after it was privatised, Slovenian medical laser maker Fotona has been sold to Chinese private equity group AGIC Capital. The value of the deal has not been disclosed, but the newspaper Dnevnik quotes unofficial information on Thursday indicating the purchase price was EUR 80-120m.
