Delo calls law on illegal asset seizure risky combination

Ljubljana, 5 May - The law on seizure of assets obtained illegally introduces a procedure that is a combination of criminal and civil law, but it is still unclear five years after it was passed whether this is the right combination, as the Constitutional Court has not made its final decision, the daily Delo comments on Friday.
