Koper councillors oppose law on rail expansion project

Koper, 22 May - The Koper city council adopted a declaration at an emergency session on Monday opposing the law on the second rail track between the port of Koper and the Divača inland hub. Mayor Boris Popovič stressed the rail expansion was necessary but not the way the government had set out to do it.
