Law expert says draft health insurance reform unconstitutional

Ljubljana, 23 May - Constitutional law expert Rajko Prinat said at a press conference on Tuesday that the planned replacement of top-up health insurance with a new net income-based levy was unconstitutional and that the whole health insurance reform was poorly written and left too many things undefined.
