Ministry proposes scrapping top-up health insurance via flat income tax

Ljubljana, 23 May - The Health Ministry presented on Tuesday a revised proposal for a switch to a full-fledged single-payer healthcare insurance system, announcing a flat health insurance contribution corresponding to 2.1% of an individual's gross income.
