Initiative says govt wants to demotivate voters by changing Koper-Divača project

Ljubljana, 10 June - The civil initiative which is collecting signatures of support for a referendum on the government's project to upgrade the railway line between the port of Koper and the Divača hub is critical of the government for recently changing the project, saying that it only wanted to demotivate voters from contributing signatures.
