Former president says border decision balanced

Ljubljana, 29 June - Former Slovenian President Danilo Türk, an international law expert, said his first impression of the decision of the Slovenia-Croatia border arbitration tribunal was that it was very well prepared and well weighted and that it provides solutions that could actually be assessed as balanced.
