Primorske says Slovenian consumers are second-rate citizens

Koper, 15 July - When it comes to food quality, Slovenian consumers are treated as second-rate citizens compared to those in the west, the Primorske novice newspaper says in Saturday's commentary, wondering who is to blame - the government, retailers or consumers themselves.
